Korbeth Grammar

Korbeth, unlike English, is in SOV (subject-object-verb, indirect object coming before direct) word order. Thus

I (s.) carry (v.) the cat (d.o.) to her (i.o.)

would be rendered (informally),

Nor (s.)
yai mahád (i.o.) ai anthlíwá (d.o.) dokopu (v.).

Or, literally translated back,

I (s.) to her (i.o.) the cat (d.o.) carry (v.)

It has fewer conjugations and modifications than Aywen and Meroned, but it's a more grammatically complex language. It tends to be lengthier, but has more contractions than either of its neighboring languages.
