King Tannock was, in all, considered an excellent king. He reigned for nearly thirty years and it was in large part his plans that resulted in the defeat of the Etanans. He rode at the head of the army that marched on Kieneth.He married twice, his second wife, Gwena, producing his son and heir. He was tragically murdered by his half-brother Kendek Bradden, who had in childhood warned him that one day he would take back what he felt ought to have been his, not Tannock’s.
The Meron flag bears a small star in honor of King Tannock, who, in addition to bringing about the end of the war, mended many of the wrongs his father committed.
